Was probably a good club years ago! But needs some tlc..pool is always dirty on the tiles , ive cut my toe today on the bottom of the pool for the 3rd time !! seriously thinking bout cancelling my membership !!
Very dirty floors in pool area and shower area. Also they don't have towel bins in the changing area. You have to take them through the restaurant, to the reception. I have told the manager a few times since last year and nothing seems to be happening. Hope fully this will
This club is way below standard! At 155 per month for family membership I was told my children can go in the nursery whilst I was in the gym, after joining I find out that this is at an extra cost and only available for 2 hours in the morning. The cleanliness is below average with leaks constantly ongoing and not rectified. There is a clear lack of management skills here and the head office really need to investigate the way this club is run in Bolton
