Excellent box to train in with 1st class facilities.The coaches are really helpful and their styles of coaching and expertise ensures they get the best out of you at each session - regardless of your ability.There is an warm welcoming atmosphere amongst the people that train there.I would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting fit to give unique fitness a try!

You cannot help but achieve your goals at this gym. The members are so encouraging and inspirational. I have never come across a gym like it.
This is definitely the best gym I've ever joined. I've seen more results in 3 months here than in 4 years at my last gym. Not only are the classes fun and challenging, but the community is amazing. I've never felt as though I don't belong or like I'm not as good as anyone else - everyone gets alongside each other and encourages each other. Mark, David and Emily are brilliant, taking the time to get to know you and are always happy to answer questions or offer advice . I'm excited about training for the first time in a long time. My only regret is that it took me nearly a year to decide to give it a try! First session is free so what have you got to lose?
Absolutely love this place - Officially my second home! The gym is very modern with brand new equipment & gorgeous changing rooms with showers. The coaches are awesome and care about each & every member! The community is a big part of it & made some life long friends. Crossfit is a must, you never know what's in store but you leave feeling accomplished (and very sweaty!) You'll never want to step foot in a "commercial" gym again. Recommend it to anyone!
