Really friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. There's plenty of equipment and it's not too busy either. Fair prices and contracts that you're able to freeze.

I've been going to gyms on & off for over 25 years & I have to say that was (with hindsight haha!) the best 8 weeks of supervised training I've ever done. I've surprised myself with what I've been able to do; exercises I'd never have tried on my own. I feel fitter, stronger & have lots more energy which has been a definite plus over Xmas & New Year! I think I speak for everyone in our group when I say, please can Mike Cryne do another Transformation Class asap? His approach is perfect: well planned classes, super routines & just the right amount of encouragement. He is inspiring & motivational. Well done & thank you for 8 weeks of great classes Mike. If we all nag enough we should be with you again soon :-)
Attended this gym for a few months. Once I quit the gym, the staff member on the desk accepted that I was leaving the gym. There was no fixed term contract other than a month-to-month payment basis. They advised that I also cancel any direct debit I have with the gym in case a new payment was to come out within the next few days.I did that. Now, a few months on, I've looked at emails (which were in a junk folder...) advising that I confirm my cancellation with the gym and pay off my "outstanding balance". Turns out, the gym were still trying to take money from my account each month and they ended up taking that up with a debt collection service, costing me a few months of membership charges and an additional "missed payment charge" (X3) and a collection fee. Totalling 156.06 I highly advise against using this gym.
I love training there. Typical friendly bolton people. Staff friendly n helpful and gym well looked after. My only issue is some of the customers don't put there weights away but that is like most gyms. Highly recommend it especially for the price.
