Nice staff but needs a revamp
This gym has changed my life with the hydrotherapy pool that eases my aches and pains friendly staff easy access for disabled disabled parking and then extension to 3 hours on parking which helps cos it takes me longer to get changed would recommend
Seriously hard to find somewhere that has a sledge track and most of all they have nice people there.
Quite often the spa pool is full of foam. This is because people don't bother to shower before coming into the pool. I've seen it time and time again.. especially men. Urgh. staff don't enforce either
Reasonably priced for what you get. Helpful staff and experienced trainers. Facilities are amazing and more than just a typical gym.
