When I first started using this gym it was OK. However with time I have seen cracks appear.1. The swimming Pool is absolutely disgusting, You can actually seen dirt and grime at the bottom on the pool.2. The Jacuzzi stinks of chlorine and it is too small.3. "People" that use the water room area are very dirty I have notice. Some will just come out of the sauna and jump in the swimming pool even tho you are to shower off.4. The gym it's self is very small and not enough room for everyone if you want to go on the free weights.The staff are friendly enough and the car park is handy at the side.I think when I have finished my contract I will go to another gym.
DW is the best GYM in bolton and its clean and the staff is really nice.

This review is of DW as a compamy and not just this specific gym. If you are thinking of signing up with them be warned! They are scammers, they are rude, they have to morals, no customer service to speak off, no ethics and they completely disregard consumer rights. Their contracts are illegal and in breach of consumer rights act. Yet they try to enforce them by harassing people and instructing debt collectors. My review is not the only one to say this, so this is a wide spread practice for them. If you think of signing up with them - don't! You will live to regret it when they won't let you cancel and harras you 3 years down the line. If you already signed up and want to cancel, report them to Citizen Advice Bureu. They will report then to trading standards. The more reports they get, the sooner they will act.
Overpriced not a lot of equipment and a small pond for a pool ,I got a yearly membership cancelled as soon as year was up cant use free passes they give you when you join ,I turned up with my son and was turned away by a rude arrogant manger wanted to leave within first week ,you need to make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance and give phone nos email address etc just a con to interview and myther your friend or family to become a members.hardly any plates and a quarter of the equipment of xercise 4 less and gym group and always something broke its tiny save your money worst gym Ive been too in 15 years .
